this was a simple explosive used by the clone commandos of the Grand Army of the Republic, during the height of the Clone Wars. Flashbangs were little more than bright lights and loud noises, meant to startle or stun an opponent into inaction, allowing the commando to capture or eliminate the opponent as necessary.
