Strip-cam
this specialized form of camera system was developed by the Old Republic military during the early stages of the Clone Wars. As the name implied, a strip-cam was a miniaturized camera system that was contained on a strip of material no thicker than a sheet of flimsiplast. This allowed a strip-cam to be placed atop or on the side of any flat surface, without the obvious node of a camera eye being exposed.
