Bartyn, Traggat
this man was the oldest son of Hugo Bartyn, and accompanied his father on the hunt that eventually claimed the elder Bartyn's life. Traggat was among the most trusted of Hugo's associates, and was part of the team that was assembled to figure out what was happening in the field, where strange disappearances and unusual piles of sticks were appearing around Bartyn's Landing. Hugo himself believed - correctly - that the native Menahuun were responsible, and wanted to eliminate "the little buggers." The entire hunting party, including Traggat and Hugo Bartyn, was never seen again, although bloody scraps of clothing and packs that belonged to the team were found in the jungles.
