this Quarren was the leader of the Sailors' Union chapter in Bartyn's Landing, on the planet Lamaredd, during the years surrounding the Battle of Naboo. He wasn't above taking a bribe or two, but was known to his union members and fellow chapter leaders as a being who fought hard for the rights and privileges of his people.
