Jotsen's Island
this was one of the largest islands found on the planet Lamaredd, measuring some 10,000 kilometers in length. After Hugo Bartyn established Bartyn Gourmet Delicacies and virtually enslaved his workforce, the Sailors' Union managed to negotiate certain freedoms. Among the concessions won by Sirrik Olyeg and the Sailors' Union was the ownership of Josten's Island. Bartyn eventually ceded ownership to the Union, as a refuge for the many aquatic beings Bartyn had forcibly imported to Lamaredd.
