Bartyn Gourmet Delicacies
this was the seafood harvesting and export business founded by Hugo Bartyn on the planet Lamaredd, some 500 years before the Galactic Civil War. The operation was originally established without the consent of Outer Rin Oreworks corporation, after Bartyn discovered the abundant life in Lamaredd's oceans. The business became extremely successful, shipping exotic and rare seafoods to Coruscant and Alderaan and many other Core Worlds. The business was passed from generation to generation after Hugo's death, and remained a leader in the export of exotic seafood.
