this was the name of Jagged Fel's Nssis-class Clawcraft, which he trained in during his teenaged years. The name of the ship was meant to contrast with the Chiss ideal of the Red Flame, and represented the way in which Jag was different - yet the same - as his Chiss counterparts. In order to highlight his differences, Jag had the Blue Flame painted blue with silver trim. He flew the ship was something akin to controlled yet reckless abandon, and it was often in the shop for repairs in between training sessions. When a group of well-armed pirates tried to raid the training facility at which he was training, Jag was forced to take the Blue Flame up to fight without completing the latest round of repairs. Ultimately, Jag had to crash the ship into a training dome to convince the pirates that he was hurt.
