TransTech Droidworks
this small producer of automatons was targeted by the Confederacy of Independent Systems to takeover in the wake of the Battle of Geonosis. The Separatists had begun working with TransTech to produce battle droids, but the sudden appearance of the clone troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic meant that suppliers like TransTech were forced to overproduce, in order to ensure a steady supply of combat droids reached the battlefield. However, the Old Republic learned of the TransTech facility before its defenses could be completed, and an attack was launched to eliminate it.
