this protest group sprang up during the last century of the Old Republic, as anti-droid sentiments grew throughout the galaxy. Members of the Coalition believed that all forms of droids should be afforded the same rights as organic beings, although their methods of protest varied greatly. Most were peaceful demonstrations, but there were several outright attacks on droid salvage yards.
