this portly Imperial General accompanied Darth Vader and Nas Ghent when they set out to find the Star Destroyer Crucible during the Galactic Civil War. Vader had planned to have Ghent train an elite squadron of starfighter pilots, and General Mak served as the military officer who convinced Commander Dorin Millavec to bow to Vader's wishes.
