Spearhead Droid
this was a form of droid starfighter developed by the Confederacy of Independent Systems, during the height of the Clone Wars. The spearhead droid was designed as a sort of kamikaze fighter, used to penetrate a planet's orbital defenses and reach the surface, where the fighter plunged into buildings and other strategic locations. These droids proved successful in many campaigns, including the opening stages of the First Battle of Coruscant.
