Travale
this was the codename of a man who served the Old Republic as an infiltration agent, and was the Republic's primary contact within the Escarte Commerce Guild during the height of the Clone Wars. Travale's alias was as an officer in the Escarte Guard. Thus, when Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi arrived on Escarte in search of Thal K'sar, Travale was able to explain to them that the Bith had been arrested. It was Travale who arranged for the two Jedi to be "arrested" and put into the same holding cell that Thal was in. Travale later arranged a convenient power outage that allowed them to escape.
