Huk
this alien race was the native to a planetary system near Kalee. Throughout much of their history, the insectile Huk were at odds with their neighbors, the Kaleesh. At its roots, the conflict was started when the savage Huks wanted to conquer the Kaleesh. A full-scale war broke out many years before the Clone Wars, with the Kaleesh exterminating entire hives of Huks before the conflict reached its head. Rather than surrendering, though, the Huks appealed to the Old Republic to resolve the conflict. When a group of fifty Jedi Knights arrived to mediate the war, the Huks immediately made it appear as if the Kaleesh had attacked the Huk worlds to acquire their natural resources. The Jedi ruled in favor of the Huks, forcing the Kaleesh to retreat to their homeworlds.
