this was the designation of one of Atgar's batteries, used to power the 1.4 FD P-Tower laser cannon. Although the C-6 held just enough power for eight shots, it could be quickly replaced on the battlefield. The problem, as the Alliance found out at the Battle of Hoth, wsa ensuring that a steady supply of C-6 batteries was always available.
