this was one of the many Separatist assassin droids that accompanied Asajj Ventress to Phindar, in an attempt to capture Jedi Master Yoda before he could reach Vjun some thirty months after the Battle of Geonosis. Unfortunately, A-77 was one of the first assassin droids to be destroyed by the Jedi, and only his head was recovered by Ventress.
