Troxar
this planet was one of many that contemplated secession from the Old Republic, during the height of the Clone Wars. Factions of support for both the Republic and the Separatists fought an intense civil war, although the planet's leaders supported Count Dooku and the Separatists. The leadership had planned to surrender to the Republic, in hopes of having the Republic's forces withdraw from the planet. Then, in a smashing coup, a government-funded rebellion would storm the remaining Republic forces and claim the planet for the Separatists. While Dooku contemplated the usefulness of such a maneuver, Darth Sidious forbade it. Sidious wanted the fighting to continue on Troxar, in an effort to chew up more clone troopers.
