Vjun Moss
this species of venomously green moss was native to the planet Vjun. It was known for its sticky texture and tenacious growth pattern. It was also passively carnivorous, and any creature that mistakenly laid down in a patch of the moss would be eaten alive. The process was fairly slow, and any creature that awakened quickly would escape with skin burns.
