Tumble-slabs
tumble-slabs were a children's game, popular during the Old Republic. A set of tumble-slabs contained slabs of different colors and patterns, which could be set up in lines and whorls on the floor. The pattern formed by the tumble-slabs was limited only by a child's imagination. Ultimately, the tumble-slabs were put in place to be knocked over. The first tumble-slab would fall into the next, and so on, until all the tumble-slabs had fallen over. Over time, adults began to compete with each other, in order to see who could place the most intricate patterns into motion.
