this cluster of star systems and twelve member worlds contained the world Ciutric. The Hegemony was the holding of Sate Pestage during the years of the New Order, and he fled to Ciutric after Ysanne Isard began to assert control over the Empire. Pestage was murdered on Ciutric by Prince-Admiral Krennel, who took control of the Hegemony for himself and established the title of Prince-Admiral.
