this being was the crimelord who controlled the Exchange, during the years following the Great Sith War. Based on Nar Shaddaa, Goto controlled much of the criminal underworld, despite the obvious presence of the Hutts. After the Jedi Civil War, Goto began paying out large bounties for any Jedi who was captured and brought to Nar Shaddaa. He also began making plans to eliminate Vogga the Hutt, in an effort to take over Vogga's fuel supply operations. When Goto intercepted The Exile and his ship, the EbonHawk, he tried to convince the former Jedi that he had begun capturing Jedi as a way to collect them in a central place, from which they could restore the Old Republic to its former glory. The Exile later learned that Goto was actually the former protocol droid known as G0-T0.
