this space station was erected by a group of Ithorians in orbit around the planet Telos, in the wake of the Great Sith War. The Ithorians were on Telos to assist in the restoration efforts aimed at repairing the damage done to Telos' ecosystem during a Sith bombardment of the planet. The immense Citadel Station moved over the surface of the planet, monitoring the various recovery zones that were helping to bring Telos back to life.
