Lorgal
this Rodian worked in the Old Republic embassy on Dantooine, some 4,000 years before the Galactic Civil War. He was known to be corrupt, and several warrants were issued for his arrest. The Genoharadan Assassin Guild even had outstanding bounties for the capture of Lorgal, and it was one of their agents who managed to finally bring him in.
