Holdan
this man lived in the Lower City of Taris during the years leading up to the Great Sith War, and was one of the many members of Davik Kang's criminal organziation. For an undisclosed reason, Holdan placed a bounty on Dia's head. However, one of the Jedi Knights who arrived on Taris after the Endar Spire was destroyed managed to convince Holdan to drop the bounty, thereby freeing Dia.
