this female Twi'lek lived in the Lower City of Taris during the years leading up to the Great Sith War. She discovered that an old acquaintence, Holdan, had placed a bounty on her head. However, one of the Jedi Knights who arrived on Taris after the Endar Spire was destroyed managed to convince Holdan to drop the bounty, thereby freeing Dia.
