Rukil
this being was one of the many inhabitants of the Lower City of Taris who believed in the existence of the Promised Land. Rukil and his apprentices from among the ranks of he Outcasts searched for the Promised Land during the years surrounding the Great Sith War. He was disheartened when his apprentice, Malya, was killed in the Undercity, although her body was eventually returned to him. The Jedi Knights who discovered her body helped Rukil locate several of her journals, but he was unable to pinpoint the exact location of the entrance to the Promised Land.
