this was the name given to the Imperial outpost that was established in Ugnorgrad, on the floating facility known as the Ugnaught Surface, during the Imperial occupation of Bespin. After the Imperials were driven off Cloud City, the outpost was abandoned. The Ugnaughts reclaimed the facility, and turned it into housing, business facilities, and a HoloNet relay station.
