this Dug worked as an interrogation expert for Jib Kopatha, during the early years of the Galactic Civil War. Choba was brought in to torture Han Solo for information about the location of the Alliance fleet, in the wake of the Battle of Yavin, as part of terms for the repayment of Sheel Odala's debt to Kopatha. Solo refused to cooperate, and Kopatha became increasingly angry at both Solo and Choba. It was then that Sheel and Chewbacca arrived to rescue Solo. As they entered Kopatha's lair, Sheel shot Choba in the neck, killing the Dug instantly.
