this squat, humanoid being worked as the manager of the "redemption center" on The Rig, during the height of the Clone Wars. It was Looie's job to make sure that incoming bounty hunters and their quarry were properly processor, ensuring that the agreed-upon price was transferred into the hunter's account only after the bounty was verified.
