Tosche, Merl
this man was the patriarch of the Tosche family during the height of the New Order. As such, he owned and operated Tatooine's Tosche Station during the years leading up to the Battle of Yavin. He had a very hands-off approach to managing the station, preferring to allow Laze Loneozner - otherwise known as the Fixer - to handle things.
