this man, who was born on Dellalt, made his living as a merchant and caravan leader on the planet Endregaad during the early years of the New Order. When the Endregaad Plague broke out, he spent much of his time organizing supply runs to the outlying settlements near Tel Bollin. He regularly traveled to the Temple Valley, where many of the outcast tended to congregate. Toc had spent some time with Mika the Hutt before the plague broke out, and was happy to lead Popara's agents to the Temple Valley in search of the young Hutt.
