this jade-colored protocol droid was part of a group which was owned by Popara the Hutt. H-3POA was assigned to Vago, Popara's chief aide, for use in negotiations and other meetings. Vago was capable of understanding and speaking both Huttese and Basic, but used H-3POA in all other situations.
