this male Sakiyan, the father of Tarnese Bleyd, had made several hefty investments in black market and smuggling operations during the decades leading up to the Battle of Naboo. However, he was double-crossed by Shiltu the Hutt, and he lost everything the Tarnese clan had owned. Clan Tarnese was disgraced, and Tarnese Lyanne's children were forced to look for work away from Sakiya.
