Trade Council
this branch of the Old Republic oversaw the various changes in commerce that occurred when the Clone Wars broke out across the galaxy. They were the primary body in mediating disputes over the availability to important technical parts and raw materials, especially when the requisition of a commodity caused economic hardship on a planet.
