this woman was an Alliance agent, working undercover at The Rusty Bucket tavern on Iyuta, in preparation for the launch of Operation Retribution. After the Rusty Bucket burned down, Chilla moved into a position with The Giant Step on the Strip. She was captured by Imperial agents, but was eventually rescued by the Alliance agents who were on Iyuta to destroy the communications center in Takari.
