this union was formed on the planet Malastare during the years leading up to the Battle of Naboo, to address the development and promotion of young artists in cities like Pixelito. The Union focused on bringing the arts to the underprivileged youth of Malastare, and often worked with law enforcement agencies in an attempt to ensure the safety and purity of Malastare's children.
