He was also a known criminal and hitman, and had a death sentence on his head in six star systems. A bounty for his capture was issued by the Republic Security Force shortly after the Battle of Naboo, and Jango Fett managed to claim the bounty when he traveled to Malastare to meet with the Dug crimelord Sebolto.
