Mavikk Jumka
this Kadas'sa'Nikto was part of a gang that created havoc on the Outland Transit Station during the years leading up to the Battle of Naboo. He was arrested and sent to the Ooov IV prison facility for his part in the crimes, and managed to negotiate a shorter sentence in return for providing information on his partners. For reasons unknown, the Outland police force issued a bounty for his capture, asking that he die a terrible death for his crimes.
