this male Draag was a known pirate and starship thief, living in the industrial district of Coruscant during the years following the Battle of Naboo. It was believed that Regg was working for Groff Haug at the time. He was wanted by the Coruscant police for the theft of several medical frigates, which he scrapped for parts that were used to build his pirate fleet. The fleet, consisting of heavily-modified cruisers, was used to attack tourists on their way to Coruscant. Regg was eventually captured by Jango Fett.
