this star cruiser belonged to a wealthy member of the Shistanvanen royalty during the last years of the Old Republic, until it was ambushed by Clabburn the Elder during a trip along the Corellian Trade Spine in the Anoat Sector of the galaxy. Clabburn looted this ship's holds and made off with a veritable fortune, and simply disappeared to enjoy his fortune.
