this planet was located in the Anoat Sector of the galaxy. It was situated between the worlds of Gerrenthum and Nothoiin, and was considered the governmental seat of the Nothoiin race. Nothoiin Colony representatives chose to meet on Council - which earned the planet its name - to avoid any implied favoritism among factions.
