Grand Dukha
this was the name given to the primary meeting place of the Noghri government, located in the city of Nystao. It was also referred to as the Common Room of Honoghr, since all Noghri tribes were allowed entrance. Similar in many respects to the dukhas in each village, the Grand Dukha was more than just larger. Its roof was formed of metal, and the pillars which supported it were made of black stone. The wide, front steps were created from red-and-black marble, and the entrance sat along a gray-stoned terrace. Because of these distinct differences, it was believed that the Grand Dukha had actually been built by the Empire, to mimic the village dukhas.
