this elderly man maintained the Umboo Lightstation during the height of the New Order. He was one of the many beings who had been forced into his position by Governor Koong, and agreed to help Mungo Baobab escape from captivity. Together, they managed to escape the Umboo Lightstation, after it was damaged in their escape. In exchange for helping him to escape, Noop provided Mungo with the location of the Roon System.
