this small settlement was ostensibly the capital of the planet Tejrivozs. It was built many thousands of years before the Battle of Yavin, and was originally established as a refugee center, in case the calamity season on Riflor became too rough. When no season proved entirely disastrous, Dozu Lam was was forgotten, and it eventually became a haven for all manner of criminals from any number of worlds.
