this Gungan served as the commissioner of the bongo racing circuit that gained popularity on Naboo, during the years following the Battle of Naboo. Cova was forced to suspend the racing licenses of Neb Neb Goodrow and Spleed Nukkels, after they were observed crashing into the bongo of Zak "Squidfella" Quiglee during the Otoh Gunga Challenge. All evidence pointed to them being in collusion, forcing Squidfella out of the race in order to make it easier for one of them to win. The decision was later overturned after Squidfella was brought in for questioning.
