this branch of the Iotran Police Force was missioned with protecting the various archeaological relics of Iotra's past. During the early years of the New Republic, this agency was forced to track down Doctor Follnor Callat on several occasions, as the unscrupulous xenoarchaeologist tried to steal rare and unique Iotran artifacts for his own collection.
