Senoti
found on the Forest Moon of Endor, but native to the planet New Canistel, the senoti tree was held in near-sacred regard by the healers of the Ewok race. It was believed that the senoti was brought to Endor by a pair of Canistel AgriStar X-19 freighters which crashed into the moon. This theory was accepted by many, despite the fact that the few senoti trees that managed to take root on the Forest Moon did so in widely scattered locations. It required an alkaline soil in which to grow, and its watery sap had a number of medicinal values, including reduction of fevers and relief from pain.
