a coalition of all the Grand Moffs which was formed to keep communication lines open. It controlled much of the information about the Emperor, including the existence of his mutant son, Triclops. The Grand Moffs then used Trioculus as a puppet for them to gain control of the Empire after Palpatine's death near Endor.
