this was the body that was charged with the maintenance and upkeep of The Tract, located on the planet Makem Te. More than a million Swokes Swokes worked as accountants and recordkeepers on the Tract Conviction at one point, ensuring that a steady flow of credits was available to keep The Tract operational and functioning.
