Ranth, Sigit
this Imperial scientist was part of the team that created the defective clones of Emperor Palpatine on Byss, during the early years of the New Republic. For his part in creating the clones, Ranth was hunted down by Kir Kanos. Ranth was unaware of this attention, and traveled to Dathomir to investigate the Infinite Gate that was discovered there. However, when the Infinite Gate proved useless, Ranth left Dathomir altogether.
