this man worked as a hangar bay controller at the Bilbringi shipyards during the years following the death of Grand Admiral Thrawn. When the rogue Jedi Dal Konur arrived at Bilbringi to steal a ship that could take him to Bastion, he clouded Tomer's mind and implanted the suggestion that he was actually Dal himself. Tomer then explained to anyone he met that he was Dal Konur, and would come quietly if he was placed under arrest. This allowed Dal to briefly escape the Jedi who were tracking him and steal a Firespray-31 freighter.
